Beautiful, beautiful store!

As I was scrolling through Yelp Events I ran into a Yelp Tix Giveaway to see Mudhoney and the Adolescents. Awesome! Just two easy steps to sign up and I won!
Me and my plus one showed up about 25 minutes after doors opened. Just in time. We got to wander around for a bit before the show started. I bee-lined it to the restrooms because I really had to go and the restrooms there were in tip top shape. They have a full bar downstairs and up top they were selling band merch. We went back downstairs and picked our spots as the place was quickly filling up. This nice guy in front of us told us to squeeze in ahead of him and we got the best spot in the house!
The lighting was great and both bands were awesome. I hadn't been to any shows in a while, and this show was the best show to get to go see. The glass house staff were able to keep all crowdsurfers safe. Not one crowdsurfer was dropped.
To top it off, we didn't even have to pay for parking. Did I mention we both got to go for free because of Yelp giveaways? We had an amazing night!

This place is like my second home, I practically grew up here. Been coming here at least every few months for the past 17 years. Love the Glasshouse. Here's why.

Parking is easy, and pretty damn near free. (free street parking and $1 parking in the lot if the machine is working which it isn't like half the time.) the temperature inside is never disgustingly hot like so many other venues are.

I haven't been in the bathrooms for awhile but I do remember them being pretty shitty. But whatever, it's a venue.

Easy ins and outs with a wristband. Connected bar next door and the venue allows you to bring drinks to the glasshouse from the bar. They bands and artists they have play the glasshouse are pretty diverse too. Something for everyone.

Overall just really good vibes from everyone. Love the glasshouse and I hope I'll still be coming here 17 years from now.
